No more nuts and bolts to unscrew and to tighten, no more sliding rear cross frame members, no more mechanical adjustments on the rear frame. No more hydraulic settings.

THE LAST TWO RAKE WHEELS ARE MOUNTED ON THE BACK OF THE REAR FRAME AND THEY CAN BE COMPLETELY FOLDED DURING TRANSPORT.

This technical solution reduces the length of the side frames (approx 3'4") allowing for:
- better manoeuvrability both in working and transport position
- greater structural strength compared to other rakes of these sizes.

We have also improved 12 performances and 13 technical features that take the
Millennium rake to the very top of the line.

PERFORMANCES
1) New parallel linkage arm opening-closing hydraulic system for better contour following;
2) New central sliding drawbar that shortens by 5'3" in working position improving rake strength and manoeuvrability;
3) Nylon lubrication-free slides on drawbar mechanism;
4) New windrow width adjuster mechanism (an optional electronic kit for easy operation from tractor seat is available);
5) Fully articulated opening arms for better raking on uneven terrain;
6) Height limiter to prevent rake wheel arms from jumping;
7) New optional central splitter wheels;
8) Higher rake wheels in transport position (17");
9) Higher rear frame clearance (4' 7") for better discharge of heavy crop;
10) Fixed rear frame for better solidity and stability.
11) Swivel wheel axis closer to frame to prevent frame torsion.
12) Possibility of off setting the windrow by 20" to the left or to the right. TECHNICAL FEATURES
1) Heavy duty frames: 6"x8" main frames, 5"x5" side frames;
2) 7mm tines on rake wheels;
3) 10.9 grade nuts and bolts;
