Improvements From TONUTTI GROUP : New Top Carted Hay Rakes TCR Series

TONUTTI introduces a new high-capacity carted hay rake. This new rake is designed for hay producers looking to harvest high-quality hay quickly. The new TCR offers enhanced performance for hay producers working in 18’ 8” to 23' 4” raking widths.

These TCR series machines offer a number of significant improvements over the carted hayrake models.

Higher Ground Clearance – The mainframe has been raised and re-designed rake wheel arms have a higher ground clearance than a standard carted rake. This allows for high capacity raking with uniform crop flow, cleaner raking and neatly formed windrows.
High efficient Spring Suspension system provides consistent control of the finger wheels in uneven terrain and also allow the rake wheels to follow the contour of the ground.
Simple adjustments for raking and windrow widths are fast and easy. No special tools required
Minimal maintenance required – fewer moving parts with less grease fittings
Unique Tonutti folding system allows for compact and stable transportation and lower transport heights
Quick and Simple assembly because of unique one piece central frame design
Easy Safety pin transport locking system for fast and easy movement from one field to another. Also allows for easy lock out of one side of the rake for left hand or right hand side raking.
Large bore Hydraulic cylinders to ensure easy opening and closing even on older model tractor.
15” Wide tread tires provide stability during transport and operation
Electric or Hydraulic actuator system can be added so you can adjust the windrow and working width from the tractor seat (optional)
Complete spare tire with mounting bracket. Also the rakes has two optional jack mounts on the left and right rear of the rake, this allows you to use the jack that comes with the rake to change the tires when needed.(optional)
