TONUTTI CHALLENGES THE CRISIS AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN TONUTTI AND STORTI FOR THE TONUTTI GROUP A NEW STEP TOWARDS A GROWING GLOBAL MARKET PRESENCE

Today, an agreement has been signed that ratifies TONUTTI’s acquisition of 30% of STORTI International, one of Europe ’s leading manufacturers of mixer wagons.

In these difficult times when many companies are reducing their workforce due to the global economic crisis, the Tonutti Group has decided to invest in order to keep its competitiveness high and to be ready for the recovery.

The value of the operation for the TONUTTI GROUP

The agreement with Storti represents a significant and strategic operation for the TONUTTI GROUP,

“In a time when everyone is showing more caution than initiative, our Group challenges the crisis investing in the future and building the foundation of a solid collaboration that will allow us to take advantage of the Group synergies on the international markets”.

“This participation will further strengthen the Group’s market position and will enable us to continue in our strategy for growth on a global level that began in 2007 with the acquisition of Wolagri, company specialised in the production of balers and wrappers”.

With this acquisition, the Group can count on two manufacturing facilities located in Russia and in China and two fully owned and operated sales branches in the United States and in France.

Total sales reach 75 million Euros (year 2008) and the Group places itself amongst the major players in Europe and Worldwide.

TONUTTI SFIDA LA CRISI FIRMATO ACCORDO TRA TONUTTI e STORTI PER IL GRUPPO TONUTTI UNA NUOVA TAPPA VERSO UN SEMPRE MAGGIORE PRESIDIO DEI MERCATI

E’ stato firmato in data odierna l’accordo che ufficializza l’ingressocon una quota pari al 30%della TONUTTI SPA nella STORTI International , una delle principali aziende europee nella produzione di carri miscelatori.

In questo momento difficile mentre molte aziende stanno alleggerendo il proprio organico sull'onda lunga della crisi il Gruppo Tonutti ha deciso di investire per mantenere alta la competitività ed essere pronto per la auspicata ripresa.

Il valore dell’operazione per TONUTTI GROUP

L’accordo siglato con la STORTI , costituisce per TONUTTI GROUP un’operazione di significativo valore strategico,

A seguito di questa acquisizione e’ nato un Gruppo che puo’ contare su due unita’ di produzione rispettivamente in Russia ed in Cina e due filiali dirette di distribuzione in USA ed in Francia
Il giro giro d’affari raggiunge i 75 milioni di Euro (a valori 2008) ed il Gruppo si posiziona tra i maggiori players del settore in Europa e nel mondo .
